is your biz ready for a rager? (viral preparedness 101)

You invite everyone over for nice, casual hangout, but when people start showing up you turn into a total freak and worry:

“is there enough ice?”

“is everyone having fun?”

“did I clean the bathroom?”

“does this playlist make me look cool?

But that's what we want - what we're working for, right?! To have a killer group of friends show up at our doorstep. And even if we do have enough ice and a killer playlist - we will still second-guess all the work we've put into “having people over”.

But here's a different perspective that I wanted to share with you…

When I was chatting about this with my biz bestie, this is what they told me… all these new friends are showing up for what you have to offer because of who you are right now, not who you will be in the future. 🤯

Now, that doesn't mean you shouldn't totally be taking care of your people (current or future) to the best of your ability - but it does mean you should relax your shoulders a bit because people are loving exactly who you are showing up as right now.

Curious about how you can make sure everyone who comes to your “house” never has an empty glass, doesn't check the time, and calls to invite their friends? Here’s my top list of “mommy’s little friends” who help me out when the party starts raging…
