5 Things I’d do if I had to start business over again:

2 years in business and lots of trial and error later, I’m dishing up the 5 things I’d do first if I had to start from scratch.

🤟🏻 QUICKLY GET TO KNOW MY IDEAL CLIENT LIKE SHE’S MY BFF: I’d know her dreams, fears, favorite bevy, how she travels, how she treats herself, goals 5 years from now, and what’s she needs most from me right now.

🚀 CREATE ONE SOLID FLAGSHIP SERVICE OFFER: Knowing every single thing about my client, I’d narrow down the essentials and most impactful, value-slammed service I can offer as a launch pad. Plus, less offers means less content and client confusion.

🧲 MAKE A NO-BRAINER LEAD MAGNET: Using the service above (that’s obvs out of this world amazing), I’d create a lead magnet that’s a little amuse-bouche to the main course. I’d serve it up with flodesk, and start building that email list. (I have a flodesk discount here just for you!)

🥂 FOCUS ON THE EXPERIENCE: There are a lot of people offering the same services as I may be, but one thing no one can replicate (and honestly, will probably be to lazy to think about) is the client experience. I’d learn from every interaction and keep making it better and better. My drink of choice? Blow their minds with hospitality and thoughtfulness.

💫 GIVE IT ALL AWAY: Before I can land a single client, I’m going to have to earn some trust through quality free value (start with snippets of your lead magnet!) and delivering that where my client is most (for me, that’s instagram). I’d grab some templates to cut out the hours of frustrating content creation and just ruuuuuuun with it.
